# ¿Qué pasa si abro una notificación directamente desde DEHú?

## Puede que, o bien usted o su cliente abran una notificación desde el buzón antes de verla en eNotificaciones.

En estos casos lo que sucederá es que la notificación aparecerá como aceptada una vez se sincronice la plataforma con el buzón, ***lo cual ocurre en intervalos de 1 hora.***

Se recomienda revisar la carpeta de **"Aceptadas" y "Rechazadas"** si se esta esperando una notificación y no se ve en **"Pendientes".**
