[Configuración de Alertas](https://soporte.anf.es/enotificaciones?hsLang=es#configuraci%C3%B3n-de-alertas) # ¿Son gratuitas las alertas de eNotificaciones? ### Alertas vía correo electrónico Las alertas **remitidas por correo electrónico**, tanto a personal del Despacho Profesional como al cliente final al cual se le monitorizan las notificaciones y comunicaciones, **son completamente gratuitas.** ### Alertas vía SMS Las alertas **remitidas por SMS **no son gratuitas, teniendo un coste por alerta. A fin de evitar costes no controlados, se habilitará en próximas actualizaciones la funcionalidad de SMS, que podrá ser adquirida mediante una compra de saldo, indicando el coste unitario del SMS y la cantidad máxima de SMS que se podrán enviar con el saldo disponible.  Cuando se aproxime el saldo disponible a su final, el despacho será notificado a través de una alerta.
